She's enjoying a sun bath ;) My son at 3yrs old saw one of our chickens walk into the yard & drop, spread eagle. He came running to the house crying ... Turns out she was soaking up the sun. He grabbed her and gave her scolding for making him scared  Another sight is when they dust bath, kid sure learned alot by my raising animals.

Another time he saw his gosling flipping & thrashing in the pool, thought it was growing. He learned that's how they bath.

The first year I had chickens, one of my young pullets started laying on her side and sticking out her limbs in my lap! I was worried she was having some sort of neurological issue and then I realized she was enjoying the sun. :)

Oooh yes, the Faverolles sometimes end up on their sides or backs, stumpy little legs straight out.
They look very much expired and ceased to be.
Absolutly not one shred of info out there tells you your birds are walking Monty Python skits. :th

:lau:lau:lau:lau
