If I have to get rid of all of my birds, how am I going to do it?

If you're worried, which I understand, try lining up BYCers that are local. I'd be willing to help by taking 2-3 reasonably quiet laying hens, maybe some muscovy hens. You may just need to thin out your flock to set your mind at ease. Keep what you need to keep you legal and the ones you really like. You might want to consider rehoming or processing your roos if you have any.

eta: I mean just in case. That way if the man comes knocking, you'll be able to get rid of the birds quickly as you'll already know where they'll be going. Try not to worry so much about causing trouble. The only thing they're going to do is tell you you're in violation and demand that you get rid of the birds within a certain period of time. They're not going to fine you right away. I know it's hard not to agonize. I do it too. But I truly do think you'll be alright if you keep the noise down.
