If I lose the fight-anybody have room for more chickens?

Somebody reported my chickens so by salem law I have to get rid of them

. I am fighting it of course and I have some good leads but I need a backup plan if I do end up having to get rid of my chickens. Would anybody be willing to take care of my chickens for me until I can legaly own them again? Salem is in the procces of passing an ordinance so you probably wouldn't have to take care of them for too long, plus I would be willing to pay for your trouble. My chickens are very tame and most of them are exelent layers. If you live close enough to salem, oregon and you have some extra room in the coop please consider the possibility of doing this for me. Thanks.

Oh sugar I am so sorry to hear that. If I lived closer I would help but unfortunately I live in Nebraska and just found out we are ILLEGAL!!!! I think we are in for the fight of our lives. I will pray that nothing but good comes your way and you get to keep your little babies!!!!

Good luck with your fight! I'd take them for you in a HEARTBEAT, but you probably don't want to ship their feathery behinds all the way to Northeastern PA

That just gets my panties in a bunch!! I'm so sorry that you have to fight like this to be able to keep your flock! I can understand about roosters, but hens...come on!!!
