If new chickens are from same area, do they need to be quaritined?

I'm getting chickens from my mamma, she litterally lives 300ft below my house, all of her chickens are healthy but crowded, they need more room.
My quaritine coop is currently housing my 2 older roosters.
I shouldn't have to quaritine them should I?

If I was getting any from a Close Friend Or Relative that I knew the bird's were kept clean and weren't newbie's to their flock within a couple week's I wouldn't.I have only bought 6 live bird's (Pea's) since I been raising from someone else and they had their own pen for a good while.I do gradutate my young gradualy however to avoid pecking etc.Older bird's can be gruesome to newbie's so just be careful introducing them.
