if they are sneezing...

But keep them isolated. Especially if these are new additions to your flock!

Good luck, keep us posted!

I wondered about this as well.... they sound like a dog's squeaky toy when they sneeze. But I have found out that the ones who sneeze are usually the piggies who dive their entire face into the mashed potatoes or other current treat and then can't figure out why there is something in their nose lol

I often have chickens do the Squeeky sneeze thing after eating cracked corn. I figure they get something stuck somewhere that makes that load pitch since it usually stops within a few minutes. Anyone else experience that?

One of my hens (actually, still a pullet until April), sneezed a half dozen times this afternoon, then stopped. She had been scratching and digging along side of a rock row, then suddenly started sneezing as if she inhaled something very dusty. It cleared up as suddenly as it began, but I was concerned. Camille is my best layer. I suspect the exhaust of my truck could have been a factor as well, as they were milling around while I was unloading some brush. Exhaust makes me sneeze, too.
They've all gone to bed now and no one has sneezed again. I'll keep an eye on them tomorrow just in case it recurs.
