I would have everything that I have now (chickens, turkeys, peas, guineas, geese, ducks, rabbits, sheep and a goat) AND would add:

Community garden (where people who had not land could come and plant, pick and keep their own veggies and fruit at NO COST to them)
4 Alpaca
4 Llama
4 Emu
6 Pigs
4 Donkeys
3 Great Pyrenees
10 Deer
4 Swan
6 Canadian Geese
10 Pelican
10 Flamingo
1 Huge Pond (for the ducks, geese and swan to swim in)
1 Huge Pond (for fishing ONLY- catfish)
1 Huge Red Barn
1 BIG tractor

WOW!! That was fun. It feels so good to dream. Thanks for starting this thread. I enjoyed thinking about what I would have.

-A large bantam coop: Modern game bantams, Seramas, Rosecombs, D'Uccle, Phoenix, and probably a lot of other breeds that would be nearly impossible to obtain in the united states like Ma-lais, Bredas, Ohiki, and Burmese bantams.

-A spacious coop for Large fowl chickens: Araucana, Easter Eggers, Sumatra, Orpingtons, Wyandottes.

-Another pen for a pair of Golden Pheasants.

-An aviary full of exotic songbirds, like Paradise finches and various Tanagers. I saw some Paradise whydahs at a bird breeder convention and wanted some so bad!

-A pair of Crowned Cranes. I hear they're really sweet, not to mention gorgeous.

-A Siberian fox.

(I would probably have to secure the coops quite a bit with one of those around...)

-One horse; probably a Friesian.

I'm a simple girl.

I would have

Domestic pets (cats, dogs, indoor fish and reptiles)
Chickens - any and all variety
Ducks
Goats
Cattle
Horses
Pigs
Buffalo

Stocked Tank with bass, catfish, blue gill...can you stock trout?

I'd have wild turkey and deer to hunt. Being Texas, there would be the uninvited javelina (they make good sausage and tamales).

Garden - oh yes, big and bountiful watered with my catch water system

Friends and family - I'd have 5 acre sections divided off where each family (my mom, brother, us, my 2 BFF's, my brother in law and father in law) could have their house and private garden. These would be at the end of a big circular drive , in the center of which would be a play area and pool with a pool house.

Why? When are you giving it to me?
