If you shoot atur dog in town while intoxicated at night its OKAY!?!?!

Quote:
No one should have any guns because the criminal element may steal them from us? You could be right! If one is so ignorant that one buys a gun for protection and then cannot protect one's guns, I would say that this person doesn't deserve to have any.

Misunderstood as usual. Didn't say nobody should have guns. Just stated a few simple provable FACTS. So you carry all of your guns with you wherever you go. That works. If you have a 1ton safe bolted to the floor that would work too. I'm sure you can protect your guns while your home. Most of us leave our hose once in a while.

Game and Wildlife Law states 300' from any occipied dwelling. that means all sides, left, right ,center. I am not sure if it is a Federal law or not. I would have to check on it.

Firing a gun in the middle of the night and while intoxicated and with in the 300' safety zone was probable cause for arrest.
Now here also is Disturbing The Peace, Drunk and Disorderly the list can get larger.
What is wrong with the police in PA?

I have a concealed permit, I used to hunt, I an pro gun use.
BUT, the laws are the law they need to be respected and enforced especially in situations such as Nikki just had to endure.

Drinking with fire arms
Drinking with vehicles
I'm not sorry they all should be publically beaten. throw a party let everyone enjoy the justice.
Let everyone have it serve as a reminder.

Most cities have laws about discharging a fiream with in city limits. This man endangered the lives of you, your family and your neighbors. He should have been arrested. AND all states/cities have laws about alcohol and weapons. They dont mix

Also most states have laws about animal cruelty. Shooting your dog is considered cruelty to animals. He should have been arrested when he shot anyones dogs, even his own. Most states also say that animals are property...this man destroyed property of another.

The right to own guns has nothing to do with this.

The firearm laws about where an when you can discharge one is for sport only not home an property defense.
You have the right to be drunk in your own home.
You have the right to have a firearm in that home.
Unless you have proof that he had no reason to be firing out the door then theres nothing they can do to him. Drunk or not.
Sounds like he was shooting blanks anyway.
If its a first time thing why would you not assume he had a reason?
He probably shut the lights off so he could see what ever he was shooting at outside. I do that every time I need to see my coop out the window.
