I am so sorry for your awful loss.

Thanks so much for the reminder as I am in SC as well & just started to let my flock free-range again since the neighbor now keeps his dog up. I became "trusting" of Mother Nature, I quess.

Now I will "contain" them in their run again & even try to make them a bigger run so they will maybe feel like they are free-ranging?!

So sorry about your loss after all your hard work!

Yeah - I get sick of going down at night to make sure they're all tucked in for the night and close up the coop. Last night, I was just wondering...is this really necessary....such a pain!
