To me it seems that most people see “breeders” as anything from casual, backyard breeders, to the top quality ones. There’s certainly less “good” breeders than “bad” breeders. “Good” breeders may generally have better tempered dogs than shelters, but breeders as a whole (including backyard ones) have about the same level of issues with their dogs.That is why I said NOT FROM BACKYARD BREEDERS.
