Totally agree. And I find it funny, because doodles are mutts themselves.

Now don’t get me wrong, I love golden doodles - when they are from a responsible, reputable breeder. There are to many BYBs just looking to make a quick buck. Heck, I’ve had two golden doodles. In fact my current dog (puppy) is a golden doodle. They have all the features I need in a dog and fit into my life and family perfectly.

Not saying I would be opposed to getting A shelter dog in the future, totally would. But that‘s just not possible at the moment.
