I'm definitely getting lavenders. What do you get crossing a black with a lavender? I'd like to get more than one color, but the only other color I like (that's available) is black.

When you cross a Lavender Ameraucana with a black Ameraucana you only get black Ameraucanas split to Lavender.
Lav X Lav = 100% Lavender
Lav X Black/lav = 50% Lav and 50% black/lav
Someone has put a chart (punget square) on BYC and if you search you should be able to find it. Harry

John is not going to be breeding blues next year. He is going to be focusing on lavenders as the blues do not breed true and lavenders do.

I do ship chicks and started birds and sell hatching eggs.....
