I would renovate my log cabin and hire help for the yard just until I got it to maintenance level. Underground water pipes to the barn too.

we'd move further south to a place with some land and a home with some storage space since the place we have now has a total of 2 small closets in it ,no basement and no attic either and a "postage stamp" yard.

Build a new calving barn with a milking parlor and build DH his dream shop so he can restore all of his old cars and trucks in comfort.

Buy new houses for our daughters......build a new little energy efficient house back in our field and build several new barns for my chickens. Then I would need more chickens. Let my DH retire from truck driving. Build a new workshop for his Oliver tractors.....but I don't play the lottery and no one will ever give me a dime unless I work like a slave!!!! It is nice to dream sometime but I am too cheap to buy any tickets! I always think - hmmmm, how many hours did I have to work to get the money to buy..______ - fill in the blank! Then I decide I don't really need it that badly!
