I'm really confused......

I got my Meyer's catalog, and the hatch dates are Thursdays. Yet it says(word for word): Poultry are shipped for arrival at your local Post Office Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Doesn't that mean that they hatch on Mondays because they have three days they can go without food?

DUH, I was looking at April.
