IKEA Cream Sauce - I'm In Love!

You can also make it with evaporated milk too instead of cream. We do that because we don't have cream in the house on a regular basis.

Tastes just as good too!

Evaporated milk comes in cans, you can find it in the baking section.

P.S. - the meatballs taste SO much better baked than microwaved. We put them in the toaster oven frozen at 400 for 10 minutes.

I have a sudden need to visit my sister, who lives in Cincinnati, next door to IKEA!!!!!!!

Have any of you been to IKEA for breakfast? What a deal! - eggs (not nearly as tasty as the ones from home), bacon (OK, more like bacon slivers), potatoes, Swedish pancakes (with the lingonberries) and coffee for right around $2. Ya sit around and load up on the coffee (self serve) then go shopping for supper - meatballs and all the other goodies mentioned, including that amazing cream sauce.
