ill chicken! Lathargic!

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help me. One of my hybrid chickens is ill and has been so for the last few days. She is very lathargic, but seems to be eating, though she is much slower at getting to the food. The first day she was ill she had a pale beak, but the colour has started to come back. Her wings have dropped.
I have tried to check to feel if there are any eggs which she's been unable to get out, bear in mind I'm no expert, but I could not feel anything. I submerged her lower body in warm water for 30 minutes today and had another feel and couldn't feel anything. Her poo seems to be normal. There are no signs or worms or mites.

The only thing I have noticed is she has lost a lot of feathers around her neck, and she's had a bald bum for a long time, though the feathers are coming back now.

Can anyone help? Or have any advice?

How old is she? is the bald bum from roosters or molting, both or anything like that?

Have you done anything yet, like Antibiotics, Corid, Worming?

How does her crop feel? Hard full, Full squishy, completely empty?

Is she thin?
