Salt in the water isn't going to make or break to soak.
Soak her in warm water and gentle massage that area.

Epsom salt do seem to help though It's not scientifically proven, but the idea is that magnesium and sulfate is absorbed into the skin/body to help soothe and relax -get things moving, but you are right, it's not going to make or break the soak.

@Lilith_Luna she needs a soaking, then try to remove all the stuck poop you can. Is there any way that you can dig that out? Sounds gross, but a while back someone used a popsicle stick to gently work dried up poop out of a vent. You would work slowly, remove what you can and re-soak the hen. Let her rest in between if she is stressed.

If she cannot poop and is plugged up, she won't make it.

Think maybe good idea to let her soak bit longer before u try anything else...soaking will loosen and bring down swelling....like a sitz bath...keep it warm and rest ur hand on her to keep her calm....I used the kitchen sink once and used the hose to direct warm water to the area of concern...for me it was a terrible wound that required irrigation...can u move her to a sink with running water instead?

I would be murdered by family. Ahe screams and tries to push things I pushed in 3ml oil but still waiting on its not helping I think broken egg. So is soak and leave the only way?

Good advice from @Wyorp Rock. Personally I would use a finger rather than a popsicle stick for the simple reason you can feel with a finger and therefore less likely to do any damage. Those solidified white urates need to come out or she will die. Repeated warm soaking and gentle rubbing/picking away at it with a trimmed fingernail would be my choice of treatment, but you should be aware that there may well be an underlying problem which has caused this to happen which may prevail even if you get her unclogged. Has she been without access to water for any length of time. The cloaca has the ability to recover water from urates before they are passed out of the body and in times of drought where water is not available, the body will do this to conserve precious fluids that the bird needs to survive. Unfortunately the urates then become like white concrete and can end up blocking the cloaca like this. Maybe she has been kept from the water by other birds or has a medical condition, perhaps kidney problems or internal haemorrhaging where her body is struggling to maintain it's fluid balance.
