For the record: I ended up with three boys and two girls. The one with the all white head, and the one that's light colored with the dark poof were the girls. That all white girl had a very pink face throughout chickhood that was concerning, but no hackle feathers after 4 months. The larger gray one completely stalled in comb/wattle/feather development shortly after these pics and psyched me into thinking it was a pullet until after four months old, when all of the sudden a saddle feather showed up, and then another. I was kind of mad. Alas! Thanks all

They’re beautiful! I love the red on those pullets. The blue crested cockerel has a lovely color.

Aw. The hen in the second picture. She reminds me of my Marvalo II. Except for the crest, she looks a lot like her. I miss my Marv.

Fourth picture, you need to enter that into a photo contest! The 2022 BYC Calendar contest is going on rn, so maybe that contest? Definitely would enter it in some contest though.

I was thinking the same thing! Would def win in some contest, it’s a beautiful picture. @AOrchard , that sure is a lot of boys! Sorry that I couldn’t fly them home with me when I was up in Wisco.
