I knew they offer benefits, but opossums are not welcomed in my yard. The local population gained a taste for duck, and I'm not okay with that dietary choice. If somebody is going to eat my ducks, it's going to be me.

When I told a relative that an opossums ate two of our ducks they said they didn't think opossums are meat. Uh... look at those teeth. Those are not for eating grass and berries.

I want to be optimistic about winter ending then I think to myself....... we will be going from cold season to mud season.
You will then jinx the snow, and it will be winters without it..
