Illinois...

Please take care of yourself. Not fun processing in the heat. Even worse with low BP and low blood sugar.

Over the years, you have been so generous to many here. There are a few of us who have processed our own birds. I know I wouldn't mind offering my help for a couple hours on a weekend. My friend with whom you exchanged turkeys last month would probably also help. It's not a fun job, but working alongside a friend or friends does make it easier (.... and safer if you are prone to fainting).
I'll help butcher birds too if help is needed. It's always nice to be able to return a favor, and you have given me several turkeys the past two years.

Thanks guys
If it gets worse I will keep this in mind.

I can squeeze some weekday time as well.

The differing BP is alarming. Considering you had recently gotten vaccinated and blood clots and blood conditions can be associated with it.
My blood clot was no fun but would have been worse if I didn't get it treated
I have had similar woozy spells, most recent was last summer. I just checked the right arm and it was low, I didn't go to the Dr. Previous years the Drs check the left arm and everything is normal when I am there.
Covid also gives heart and blood conditions. I had something wicked in November and didn't start feeling good until after the second shot.

If you're using an at-home cuff there might be some differences on the readings just because of where they are placed. The at home machines aren't as accurate as getting taken in the doctor's office. When you do go to the doctor's office next ask them to check both arms. Please take good care in this heat and don't overdo it! I too am just a phone call away. You are never an imposition!

Definitely this. I had to check my bp twice daily with my last pregnancy because of what happened with my oldest and it was definitely tricky to make sure you do exactly right. I had to try to three machines before we had one that was reading consistently enough for my specialists. If you think it’s accurate please maybe just at least make a trip to the office for a pressure check because yes differing pressures can be indicative of an issue.
