Just made some pot pie with my aged (1yo roughly) CX. If you like dark meat this is a great age to go for! This dark meat will rival Turkey if not surpass. Not as tough as I thought it would be but didn't cook the breast yet.

I almost bought one several times through the years. I'm not sure I can sit and air brush, might be fun to try some time. This painting is about 14"x24" and it took 10 minutes while instructing DD. Squirt, squirt, sprinkle, dry, and BAM! You're an artist lol.
