Illinois...

Sadly tomorrow's big 4-H International Night was just postponed until April 15th.
I just finished making 4 dozen Kkwabaegi. (Our club researched and is presenting South Korea.) I'm seriously worried that my family will try to eat all the donuts.

Problem solved. I invited the 4-H club over this weekend to sample donuts.

International night is a pretty big deal with about 300 people attending. (Most are kids of course.) Lots of food sampling. I'll remake the treats in April when it's rescheduled.

No I'm not that crazy. I sent a message out to our club. Out of our 8 families, three families were interested. I made 3 batches of dough (probably about 40+ donuts and 40+ bites). I will fry them and let the children glaze. Good messy fun! Then they'll have yummy snacks to take home.

The 300 people is the number of all the 4-H families in the whole county.
