They haven't arrived yet. They are somewhere between the airport post office and mine. You know I can't sex a chicken, but I'd love to see the chicks and your new crimes against your family.

They are some Jubilees and some black mottled. I am only supposed to keep 2-3 of each. So will need to post pics for potential buyers/owners soon anyways. They haven't arrived yet. They are somewhere between the airport post office and mine.

So exciting, my single cochin egg is suppose to hatch today too. So far nothing. Candled just before lockdown and had lots of movement, so still hopeful! In case you're not tempted enough......
I have some very high quality Black & Lavender English Orpingtons & a Bielefelder trio - all hatched April 12. Purchased eggs directly from top breeders.
I also have more chickens hatching as we speak. (Easter Eggers, Orps, & Orp mixes from my own flock.)
So far 4 EEs, 3 lav orps, 1 mix, & 4 more pips.
Happy Hatch Day!

...and like you, I'm supposed to be selling chicks, not buying more. Definitely an addiction.
Have you seen this video clip called The Hazards of Backyard Hens? (She explains how chickens are a "gateway livestock.")
After having them for a few years, I can fully understand. LOL
