If it's Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday morning they go in the garbage... otherwise I started a new compost pile ...So i know what youre doing TO them, but what are you doing WITH them all?!?
My kids REALLY wanted to keep this youngster. 16 yr. old was in love. Fortunately for it, we do live near an army preserve where folks go hunting for deer and wild turkeys all year it seems (NO HOMES - I promise!!) with a creek (with fish) running through it. Hopefully it will survive and live in peace.

3 to 10 miles?!? No, you didnt mention they traveled that far.....sigh.
And once they have been in a havahart type trap they know not to go in one again.
They learn fast . Only trap I found that they never get shy from is a dog proof coon trap . Fill or nearly fill the tube with bait ( chicken pellet feed ) .
