Did you get her some poultry feed?
Does she have access to Grit (Crushed Granite)?

The white sac hanging out, what did that feel like, shell membrane?

if she does not drink get a syringe (without needle) and give her water 5-6 times a day. she needs to drink a lot of water. make sure that water goes deep down the throat, syringe it slowly.

No it didn't feel like a shell membrane it was like to white part that comes out with normal poo or urates, that's almost all she passes and I did get her some feed with grit but I don't think she likes it very much I mixed it with water and She had some and drank pretty well today but is completely exhausted after a bath and all she has done is sleep

Feed should not be mixed with grit. Grit is granite grit, not to be confused with crushed oyster shell, a calcium supplement. Either one should always be separate from feed, so they take what they need.
