I'm at a loss — what's wrong with my little rooster?

I finally fell victim to a fowlpox outbreak. Some of my chicks developed drypox (thankfully, none got wetpox). After a rough battle and TLC, everyone managed to fully recover.

Only two ended up with a secondary infection, infectious Coryza. How that happened, I have no idea; I'm extremely strict about biosecurity. I took them to the vet, and she prescribed Sulfazine. Both chicks improved, and my little pullet made a full recovery, but my young rooster still has persistent mucus and bubbles coming from one eye.

I’ve tried Doxymax, Sulfazine, vitamins, and garlic, and even kept him in the bathroom during my showers so the steam could help with drainage but nothing has worked. The strange part is that he isn’t acting sick at all. He’s eating, drinking, and behaving like a normal little rooster.

I'm completely stumped. I plan to try a few other medications, but I honestly have no idea what this could be. I've attached pictures of the medicine I'm planning on purchasing as well as pictures of my little rooster.

This looks like something my Speckled Sussex once had. Also went to vet, tried some kind of antibiotic that didn’t work. Ended up just putting her in isolation with a heat lamp (this was outside in the fall I think) and putting VetRx on her nares and under her wings every night. Eventually it cleared up BUT it was a recurring thing. If the weather got cold and wet it would come back, though to a lesser degree. I never got an exact diagnosis but she didn’t pass it on that I am aware of (my mom still has birds I raised with her and they have never shown symptoms in the several years she’s had them). I never got an exact diagnosis.
