hey yawl . i hatched 2 out of 6 chooks in my last hatch and both were eaten by rats. I was able to keep them away with hot sauce but be warned before it dries in add more because it will ware of and they'll come back !

anyways i'm ordering from newchickens again well the first time he sent eggs for fre. Thanx NC !

2 ee 2 Dominique 2 dominegger ( ee x dominique ) 3 buff orpington. and 1 of any other variety in his arsenal..

so what do you all think of my choices and please wish me gud luck and good rat killing !

Build a moat and put mongooses in it to keep the rats out.
