I love the names Butterscotch and Gingersnap.
very delicious, though not great flavors for cooking chicken (not that your would) (plus they're not roosters)
Ginger ! you could do Ginger. fits, and yummy. but then people would think the color rather than ginger and shallots and garlic and star aniseed..... not that you would, not while they lay eggs

. I let the girls free (they didn't come out, couldn't understand what all this white stuff was) and started walking away but I heard a squawk and a flap and turned around. Butterscotch had flown halfway to the porch and was standing as still as a statue in the snow. I watched her to see what she would do. She did nothing, so I had to come "rescue" her from the sea of Certain White Death.
Did you shovel some paths for her? I do that every year for mine.
