What about showgirl silkies? They wouldn't make good meat chickens but they meet the rest of your list pretty well.

Welcome to BYC. I too recommend orpingtons, and 2 years to develop a 'naked chicken' is not gonna get the job done.

Welcome to BYC from Kentucky. I think Orpingtons would be great. We have had several broody Orpingtons.
