I'm clueless???

It's day 24 today and I have eggs that aren't moving or peeping??? One hatched on day 21, but the rest haven't! I broke open one to find a fully developed chick inside, but it was dead!! They haven't pipped the air sac either??

I would probably get them out of the shells even if there is no internal pip. I think that's best. BUT BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! Read Sally Sunshine's guide to Assisted Hatching.
