Thanks guys and gals! It's been a lot of hard work but I love every minute of it. I really need to get a new digital camera so I can take pics of my project meaties - I am so proud of them.

As for the plants, yes, I sold them all locally. There really isn't much around here for variety. Perennials are crazy expensive - a minimum of $10 for a puney little starter. I've seen small hostas for as much as $25 and they are very common varieties. I also hate when I see trees and plants being sold that do not grow here. Our local Walmart was selling Japanese Maples for $40 - I live in Minnesota - good luck getting that to come back next spring.

I also love educating people. I sold 15 RIR chicks to a lady this spring. She was really excited but admitted she was pretty clueless. I gave her a ton of info and told her about BYC. I also told her to plant a garden for her chickens and sent her home with a couple tomato plants. I have a feeling she will become another BYC addict!
