so, one of my hens has a super swollen foot, but it doesn't have bumble foot. i checked. i check every month on them, to make sure all is well. and this happens. one of her feet has bumble foot, but the one that is super swollen has nothing. it is almost the size of a dime. its freaking me out! my hens seem to be very accident prone. :hmm

Posting pictures of her feet might help people here know what you're dealing with. Do you raise your birds on wire by any chance? I know that can be a factor in occurrence of bumblefoot. If they're so injury-prone, it might be prudent to check on them more than once a month.

It can't hurt to soak the injured feet and get her on clean, dry bedding. Bumblefoot isn't known for going away on its own, I hope you caught it early enough to treat. :(

i think i might put a cabbage paste on it, but i don't know much about that.

okie, so it feels like, really soft, and i don't think it bothers her much. she doesn't have a limp, so im guessing. it is about the heat of the rest of her.i soaked it in Epson salt water for about ten minutes last night and it hasn't changed much. currently she is inside in a cardboard box, but i am wondering if i should put her back out with the rest. she seems lonely.

If you can keep the group enclosure nice and clean and keep catching her for salt soaks with minimal stress, I'd say put her back out, let her be social.
Next time, see if you can spot any marks that could indicate a closed-up puncture wound. Regardless, keep up with the salt soaks, see if that helps any. Her not being in excessive pain is definitely a good size.

I'd suspect it might be an abcess, but I don't know how to check for that short of piercing it with a needle to see what comes out, and I'm very reluctant to suggest piercing the foot of a tiny bird without good reason.
