I was thinking in doing that but the ratio of the rooster will be higher than the hen. And I wanted to breed them or sell pure bred eggs. In other words, if I have 5 of the same breed but they're straight run, I might get 4 roosters and 1 hen and if the hen died that would be a problem because I won't be able to sell pure bred eggs. So Instead I got 10 of one breed and that will increase the ratio of the hen so I might get 6 roosters and 4 hens. Its kinda hard for me to explain lol. I hope u understand what im trying to say hehe
