I'm Getting My First Silkies!!! Update, new *PICS* pg. 4

Are you sure that is a splash chick? I really think its a blue! My splash chicks (even the darkest one) all started out looking white the first couple weeks. Their splash color comes in with their actual feathers in their first molt at a couple weeks old...... They continue to darken as they age. Mine are 3-4 months old now and still darkening a bit!

I forgot there even were blues......lol... It probably is.. The other silkies chicks he was with were white but there was one black one

I named them, Stormy (alt, Stormy foot, storm cloud.) and angel (alt, angel wing)
try and guess which on is which

Oh gosh they're sooo cute! I love silkies!~ They will be beautiful birds, and they're such excellent broodies.
Congratulations on your birds! I can't wait to get some again sometime in the near future, or breed my hen with a silkie. She's half silkie but you'd never know looking at her, but I think I'd get a few if I bred her with a silkie roo…
