Depending on the eggs my hatch is staggered. Some hatching every week.

This is so exciting - so many folks with hatches due at the same time.

I'm looking forward to seeing everone's peeps.

I've shown some serious restraint not setting any eggs since 1/9. I figured we're about due to see where this project is going. This winter has been fun, 10 hatches so far and 6 brooders later - lots of gorgeous peeps growing out.

Ah MP, you should see what he's working on today. I will have to post pics. The most biggest, beautifullest brooder ever!

I'm so proud to have him.

TCL - the pics don't even do him justice. He is an amazing bird with excellent size and a wonderful temperament. He is exactly what I was looking for to work with in this project. I could never thank Katy enough for sharing him with me.

I cant wait to hatch again. Mine will probably be due on Feb 27, depending on when the shipped Delawares arrive and are set.

I need Ideas for a Extra small Brooder my one Brooder is for almost 20 chicks. I have two empty ten gallon aquariums I might could use. Do you think that those might work ?
