PLAN PLAN PLAN your indulgences. Don't just give in to them. Plan out that burger. Plan to have creme brulee when you go out to eat - have a healthy meal then a rich dessert, etc. PLAN PLAN PLAN!
 
Soda is actually pretty easy to give up after a week or so. I did for cross country. My friend did for the whole season and she tried pop again and hated it.
