Hey everyone!
I've decided that I am going to take a sort of break from BYC. In spite of my parents' computer time limit, I seem to be wasting time chattering in the GJ&F section (which is fun I don't think I am profiting from it) rather than rationally discussing poultry related issues and management and profiting thereby (why I joined
). I'll be on sometimes; just not as much (think a lot less chattering on Crazy Pullets), and I think I'd like to stay out of the GJ&F section of the forum (mostly!), keeping to poultry stuff.
You members are very kind people for the most part. This is the only forum excepting BYHerds I've ever joined; and it is a great family-friendly (if the adults remember that kids are on here too
) place to hang out. "Facebook for chicken people!" And the moderators do an absolutely wonderful job
of keeping this site great quality.
I've enjoyed talking with all of you, and have gotten great ideas, help and encouragement from you all, especially when my birds were sick, and I've sold several birds through here. I have also learned a lot about why punctuation is important.
