Yeah I usually have fruit on hand and usually meal prep but if for some reason my Sunday gets out of whack and I I don't meal prep then my week gets out of whack.I choked on my apple's juicy juice.

Get you a big fat juicy honey crisp apple and slice it up in the morning and keep it in a dish in the refrigerator. Every time you think you want a Pop-Tart or something sweet go grab an apple slice instead.
