What planet do they come from? Actually their eyes look better than a silkie's.

because they are cuddly then most. and thats what I love
I have a 1 month old and she loves to cuddle with me.
No different then other chickens. Just as playful

I was never a huge Silkie fan either but my oldest son just HAD to have some.

We have three beautiful babies now and they are sooooooo sweet and cute!!! I also couldn't see the point in ANY bantam (I have some now and am getting more...they are amazing little things) and thought Naked Necks were just hideous!!! Just got my first two NN's and am so in love I want a million more!!!!! Either I am getting old and senile or they are just growing on me!!! LOL

Awww, I love my two silkies. They are cuddly and sweet, and get 4 or 5 eggs a week from each of them. They may be small eggs, but I think they are sweeter than the other eggs (maybe higher yolk content). These make the BEST deviled eggs, my DH has me make some every weekend!

Lastly because they can not see straihgt I have had qite a few laughs at thier expense, like the time one ran into a lawn chair and fell backwards on her puffy butt!
