I'm moving and I need a coop in NE Pennsylvania

Homedepot and Lowes have last years display sheds on sale for 50% off right now.

Really depends what you want to spend. The pre-made ones looked rather simple to me, for the $4,000 - $6,000 price tags. (displayed at local fairs). I would check out the little green houses and sheds at HD, and Tractor supply was selling a cute one for $600 if I remember correctly, probably enough for 10-15 chickens.
