I'm not cut out for this hatching business.

Just an update...at the end of day 24 we have 6 healthy chicks, one with boots (Curly feet?? Lol) and one still viable egg. Temperature fluctuations in my 'incubator' probably contributed to the late hatch and egg losses. It was a learning experience. Next time I will try a different method, more than likely a broody hen.
