Long time reader, first time member, I've finally made the leap! Here goes nothing as they say!
1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Yes and no, we moved to the country a little over a year ago, but almost immediately bought chickens right after.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
5 Lavender Orpingtons, 3 Lavender Bantams, 6 Easter eggers, 6 Cuckoo Maran, and 1 lavender chick
(3) What breeds do you have?

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I LOVE to draw and paint.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have two little ones that I currently homeschool, a greyhound named Luna, two barn cats named KJ and Darby, and a wonderful hubby married 7 years but in love much longer than that. We plan to get goats goats, broilers and bees in the next year or so.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've been dealing with a few things that I can't quite figure out on Google alone so I figured it would be better to finally join the fun!
