I'm getting 2 English Angora Bunnies from Sebrightmom here soon! I can't wait! I'm getting 2 boys, one for each of my kids. Anyone have any tips or suggestions? We're new to rabbits.

How fun! I've never had rabbits, so I can't give you any advice, but congratulations all the same! What color are they? Make sure to show us pictures when you get them!

Make sure they get hay. I'm surprised when I read on here that someone didn't realize that hay is an important part of the rabbits diet.
Also, be prepared for the maintenace involved in keeping angoras groomed. I have seen so many come into auction houses matted down to the skin. The poor things. I think your supposed to give them a small amount of pineapple juice to help with hairballs. But, double check that because my memory isn't what it used to be.

Most important, have fun with them! And post pictures please!

Yea, give them Timothy hay. Our rabbit would only eat the Timothy hay pellets but he loved to get treats now and then (Vet says treats should be few and far between), red leaf lettuce was his favorite treat but he also liked fresh spinach. My Vet also said that they need to get at least an hour of exercise each day, so we have a folding pen that we let him run around in. Supposedly rabbits can be house trained but this was hit and miss with ours and he loved chewing on electrical cords so he usually had to stay in his hutch or pen. My guy was a real sweetie (he just passed away last month) and the Vet said that the males are usually easier going when it comes to rabbits (can't say the same for my male mutt though, but his siter is a sweetie).
Our breed of rabbit was supposed to have a life expectancy of 4-5 years but he lived almost 9 years! So they can be a great pet for awhile. Enjoy them, I'm sure the kids are excited!!!

Congrats!
I love English Angoras, but dont have time for all the grooming they need.
Make sure you get a hay rack, the best one for Angoras are the ones on the outside, so that way the hay wont into their fur.
Rabbits kept as pets(in the house, etc) can live for a very long time, I had a house bunny for 8 years.
My rabbits outside only live about 5 years, give or take.
