I have a question for you old people. What exactly came in Cracker Jack boxes? The one time I had some I was sorely disappointed it was just a sticker or something because I had been told there would be a trinket or something like that.

I still have my marbles. Not as in my brain, as that is debatable, but my schoolyard marbles. I keep them in a glass jar - some of them are beautiful.
It was a tough life lesson though because it was a real winner takes all situation as I recall.

I "lost my marbles" years ago ... at least, that's what my kids tell me.

They used to use nickel alloys to make costume jewelry. A lot of people were allergic to it, including me. Wearing it turned the skin next to it green.

A friend of mine worked on that movie. He said there was supposed to be a big reveal scene where Peter's kids see Hook's pirate ship for the first time. Spielberg deliberately kept them away from the ship prior to shooting because he wanted to film their genuine reaction at seeing it for the first time. He got it: the kids were duly awed, one so much so that he said the f-word and as a result they couldn't use that shot in the film.
