I had forgotten about those. I remember the advertisements everywhere, but I didn't know a single person who had them.

Our next door neighbors got one when they first came out.
It seemed pretty awesome at the time and idk why but they didn't seem to ever take off. They were the only ones I knew that ever had one.

Seems like they weren't out too long before everyone was going on about cds.

I know they were out the same time VHS was. VHS came out first and of course dominated.
They didn't last long as I remember either but ya idk why. They had a better picture and better sound and the machines never ate them.
