Okay, that makes sense. I thought perhaps they were something that you could use to attach to a...now I don't even remember what they're called.

As soon as I saw the hint, I remembered. I think my Uncle used to go to drive in movies when he was small, and they hooked the speaker up to the car thing.

There's one somewhere around here. It also gets used as a flea market.
