I remember when pickup trucks were low cost vehicles. It seems like the movie Urban Cowboy changed all that. I saw a new pickup at a gas station filling up with the sticker still in the window. 80+ K was sticker shock. I managed to drive home ok.

Yeah, it’s outrageous how expensive utes are these days.
