One thing I am sure a lot of families are grateful for are all the Ronald McDonald houses across America. One less thing for families to worry about when your little one is in hospital and you need a decent place to stay.

Yes, I agree. Anything like that is great.
I wouldn’t give Mickey D’s too much credit. McDonald’s contributes about 5% of that money, customers pay about 30%, the remainder from private donation and such. Nor, did they create it. McDonald’s has received a lot more from it than they have put in it. But, still great in what it does.
And, most anything that has something good about it, or come from it like that, has the negative side as well.
