Such a tragic ending Vic Morrow suffered.
I worked at a service station in the 70's and a rich high school kid had one about like that. Every now and then he would bring it in for us to service and it always reeked to high heaven of weed. For a brief time I had a Cutlass like this.

Wasn't me. I wasn't a high schooler when I had mine and didn't do "weed".I worked at a service station in the 70's and a rich high school kid had one about like that. Every now and then he would bring it in for us to service and it always reeked to high heaven of weed.

I had a Datsun B210 hatchback in the late 70s well into the 80s. It was my student car when I was finishing college then out in the world trying to earn enough to live on. That cheap little booger just kept running and running and running! It was coming up on 200,000 miles when I finally donated it; needed some work but was still running. I'll always feel fondness for that little car.Datsun cars...
And Joe Isuzu...
The Pinto. There were a bunch of them in the motor pool at work; whenever I had to check out a car to go out in the field, I prayed I wouldn't get stuck with one!I remember there was a Ford model that caught on fire a lot a few decades back but not sure of the model. I think it was named after a breed of horse... Not sure though now.
