Ours still has that option. If what I need is available in the bins that's where I get them.
Has the magnet deal to get them out and the hanging scale to weigh them.
Way cooler to have the paper bag with nails all poking through.

I’m pretty sure everything that made in China and imported into America has that notice. I don’t often see it on objects made in the USA.

Any items that may end up being sold in CA are required to have the notice. Items that are not intended to be sold in CA are not required to have the warning labels.
