There are still a few ice cream trucks around here at times. They're not here all the time, just on occasion.

Haven't seen or heard one in decades. Kids don't really play outside like we did. An ice cream truck would be driving around here for nothing, those kids won't go out. In my 20s I moved to my 1st house in a small neighborhood, & my next door neighbors bought a huge play gym swing set fort thing for the kids. Her boys were Never outside, Never in the yard, always inside. It was odd to me, but that was the 90s, the home computer age. I think they're glued to computers & smartphones nowadays. Could be why there's a child diabetes & obesity issue. The human body should be active at least sometimes, right?

Ditto! Learned at 12 yrs old to shift, dad's 3 on the tree F150. I'm petite so the seat was all the way up & I still had to sit with 2 telephone books. It was a blast, there was an empty sand lot, so I learned to drive a lighter weight in the back bed truck on slippery surfaces, how to do donuts & sideways skid stops, how to maneuver in emergency situations. We'd go 4 wheeling in snow, too. Fun times & valuable driving knowledge, those lessons helped me avoid accidents many times. The famous ice storm of 1994, I was the only one that did not end up among the 17 car pileup, yup it really happened, people slipping & sliding right into eachother. All ya gotta do is let off the gas & let off the brake folks. Guess they didn't have a dad like mine. Thanks dad.

Just tell them of your interest in court proceedings. Depending how open your public records are, you might find it on the CoC website. Probably need to know a defendant name or something though.
